Our television ministry began its weekly television ministry in Mansfield in 1993 at a cost of $140 per week for a half-hour Sunday morning program at 10:30. Every week a large number of people are served by this ministry, many of them shut-ins who might not be able to participate in local worship in any other way. Perhaps you are one of them or know of one.
The people of St. John's have faithfully supported this ministry through the years, both financially and through volunteer labor to record and edit each service down to fit the time constraints.
The costs for this ministry have increased over the years so that it now costs around $10,000 per year for the television time. St. John's also recently purchased a new state-of-the-art digital camera to greatly improve the quality of the picture you see.
